Delivery Service & Timeslots
Deliveries will be made into your room of choices. We will assemble the items, and packaging will be removed upon your request.
Our in-home deliveries will be scheduled into different timeslots (e.g. 9am to 12pm, 12pm to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm), and we’re unable to deliver at specific timing (like 10am, 4pm).
Estimated Time of Arrival
We do our best to provide exact estimated delivery dates so that you are able to receive your items on time.
Most of our products are made to order. This eliminates the need for expensive warehousing bills and allows us to pass the savings on you; Therefore, it takes longer to reach your home. But rest assured, our products are worth to wait.
Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you. For orders above $300, delivery will be free.
We currently deliver within Singapore only.
Invalid Delivery Address
Double check your address after completing the address and contact columns. At any point before a delivery is made and you realize you gave the wrong delivery details, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at least 3 working days ahead of the delivery day. All undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse and restocked. To reschedule for the delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with a restocking fee of 20% for orders valued below S$500, or cap at S$200 for orders valued equivalent or above S$500.
Rescheduling of Delivery
Customers may reschedule the delivery 3 working days before the delivery date subjected to availability of next delivery slot. For rescheduling of delivery within 72 hours of agreed delivery, SG Home Furnishing Pte Ltd will charge a restocking fee of 10% for orders valued below S$500, or cap at S$100 for orders valued equivalent or above S$500.
Upon receiving the purchased product(s), customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer must inspect the product(s) and the surroundings carefully before our delivery team leave the premises. Any damage detected should be immediately inform our friendly delivery team and indicate on the GOODS RECEIVED FORM before signing off. You will also need to email us at email@example.com attaching clear images of the defects to assist us for investigation. We will then reply within 3 working days. In the event an exchange for the defect piece cannot be made, SG Home Furnishing Pte Ltd reserve the rights to offer a substitute or full refund. All replacement of product(s) will depend on the next available shipment. SG Home Furnishing Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by SG Home Furnishing or to any comparison.
When delivery order is signed with no discrepancies, it will be deemed that the order is accepted in good condition by customer. If customer do not want to inspect the product(s) and surroundings at the point of delivery, it will be deemed that the order is accepted by customer in good order and condition hence complaints of any discrepancies at a later stage will not be entertained.
Not Present to Receive Delivery
If items are returned to our warehouse, our Logistics team will reschedule for another delivery or a refund, with a restocking fee of 20% per delivery order for invoice valued below S$500, or S$200 per delivery order for invoice valued above S$500.
Refusal of Entry
Should the building management rejects admittance of our in-home delivery, delivery will be rescheduled accordingly with a restocking fee of 20% per delivery order for invoice valued below S$500, or S$200 per delivery order for invoice valued above S$500. SG Home Furnishing Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subject to availability of next delivery slot. Customer is required to place any deposit to the building management for moving goods into their premises otherwise SG Home Furnishing Pte Ltd reserve the right to refund, with a restocking fee of 20% per delivery order for invoice valued below S$500, or S$200 per delivery order for invoice valued above S$500.
Unable to Access Elevator
We agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding reasonable access is available. It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure your goods will fit in intended areas. If reasonable access is unavailable or it becomes hazardous (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway); we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. All items to be returned to us shall be restocked and refunded, less delivery and restocking fee. Should we proceed with the delivery in a non-hazardous condition, additional charges per item will be as follows:
a) First non-lift-accessible storey (e.g. staircase delivery from ground floor) is free.
b) S$10 per item per subsequent non-lift-accessible storey will be collected. This fee will also be applicable to stairs within landed properties or HDB marionette.
